Diane is deeply passionate and experienced in helping organizations strengthen foresight, develop and execute strategy, and create change success that drives stronger results and performance. As a co-founder of Archos Advisors, Diane finds tremendous reward in serving leaders and leadership teams focused on getting to the next level and achieving success with and through their people, not in spite of them.

A former CPA with a deep commitment to every client and team she works with, Diane draws from decades of consulting, coaching, and organizational development experience to accurately identify the behaviors and mentalities obstructing organizational growth — and then provide research-backed approaches for removing such obstructions. She has provided countless leaders with the necessary insight and resources to solve problems, navigate change, and create stronger and more effective teams.

In addition to consulting, Diane loves golf, following NASCAR, cheering on the WKU Hilltoppers and Butler Bulldogs, and serving as a volunteer class assistant for Fight Back Fitness, a fitness program dedicated to empowering those fighting Parkinson’s.
